Lived here almost 5 years. Very peaceful area, the realtors are great for the most part. Very quick response to maintenance, plus full security deposit back! The only complaint is our last month of rent, we had to be out the 24th of the month and the months rent was not pro-rated. We signed the lease tho and didn’t really read it, not a huge deal. Overall they are great to work with. Very friendly staff."

I was looking to move into a slightly larger space, and transitioning into my current house - earlier than expected! - went extremely smoothly. The HVAC system is a great addition, and having a larger parking lot with free street parking makes door dings less likely and having friends over more feasible. My two pets love the larger space as well!
The manager, Mae, is great to work with and very understanding, which is a necessity during hectic moves before and after a semester! The leasing office is very responsive, and if there is ever a maintenance emergency, it will be fixed fast. I highly recommend!"

We lived here nine years. Amazing property and such a quiet place with big front and backyard. The current management is a very professional, caring team. They jump right on your maintenance requests and is amazing at communicating relevant property information with you. Always quick replies and solutions from the property manager Ms. Wisor. Jeff, the maintenance person is a true professional. He made every effort to respect your needs. He went above and beyond to fix your maintenance issues.
